🩺 Health Guarantee
At HealthySmallBreedPuppies.com, the health and well-being of our small breed puppies is our highest priority. We follow structured breeding practices, maintain veterinary oversight, and ensure each puppy begins life strong and well cared for.
This Health Guarantee outlines our commitment and the responsibilities of the buyer.
1. Veterinary Examination Before Placement
Every puppy:
- Is examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to placement
- Receives age-appropriate vaccinations
- Is dewormed according to veterinary protocol
- Is provided with health documentation at time of transfer
We guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of delivery or pickup.
2. 72-Hour Veterinary Examination Requirement
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of transfer.
If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious health condition present prior to transfer, the buyer must:
- Notify us immediately
- Provide written veterinary documentation
- Allow us to consult with the examining veterinarian
Failure to have the puppy examined within 72 hours voids this portion of the guarantee.
3. Congenital & Genetic Health Guarantee
We provide a 12-month limited guarantee against life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.
If within 12 months a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a severe congenital condition that:
- Was present at birth, AND
- Is life-threatening or seriously debilitating,
Buyer must provide:
- Written veterinary diagnosis
- Supporting medical documentation
- Confirmation from a second licensed veterinarian (if requested)
If verified, we may offer:
- A replacement puppy (when available), OR
- A partial refund up to the original purchase price
The puppy may need to be returned if replacement is chosen.

All puppies develop uniquely.
7. Transfer of Responsibility
